Creative Learning Initiative: Summary Findings of Elementary School Arts Inventory, 2013–2014
This report describes the implementation of arts-based instruction during in-school and out-of-school times. Specifically, it summarizes the results of four components of the inventory: (a) sequential fine arts instruction during school, (b) community arts experiences during school, (c) out-of-school time arts opportunities on campus, and (d) opportunities for students to publicly perform or exhibit in each art form.
Peabody Results, by Head Start Enrollment Status, Fall 2014
This brief report summarizes prekindergarten (pre-K) students’ achievement on the Peabody Picture Vocabulary Test-IV (PPVT) and Test de VocabularÃo en Imagenes Peabody (TVIP) in Fall 2014. The PPVT and the TVIP measure knowledge of receptive (i.e., hearing) vocabulary in English and Spanish.
ÁùºÏ±¦µä REACH Program Update: Student Learning Objective Assessments
This report addresses the extent to which assessment characteristics related to teachers’ success with SLOs in 2013-14. Student performance on preapproved and teacher-made tests did not differ, but the format of assessment was related to SLO success.
