Professional Pathways for Teachers (PPfT) Perception Survey Results
This report answers questions about teacher and administrator perceptions of Professional Pathways for Teachers (PPfT) program implementation. PPfT is a multi-measure appraisal and compensation system designed to empower teachers and improve the quality of teaching in ÁùºÏ±¦µä. PPfT is in its third year, and stakeholders were interested in, among other things, teachers' perceptions of new program components like professional learning opportunities and compensation. Perceptions of teachers and administrators are a valuable part of the implementation process.
DELTA Credit Recovery Program Promotion and Graduation Outcomes, 2018–2019
This report summarizes grade-level promotion and graduation outcomes for 2,646 ÁùºÏ±¦µä (ÁùºÏ±¦µä) students who participated in the DELTA Program in 2018–2019. Seventy-one percent of DELTA students in 9th through 11th grades were promoted to the next grade level and of the DELTA students in 12th grade, 85% graduated from high school.
Twilight Credit Recovery Program Promotion and Graduation Outcomes, 2018–2019
This report summarizes grade-level promotion and graduation outcomes for 2,859 ÁùºÏ±¦µä (ÁùºÏ±¦µä) students who participated in the Twilight Program in 2018–2019. Of the 12th-grade students enrolled in Twilight in 2018–2019, 95% graduated. Of Twilight students in 6th through 11th grades, 94% were promoted to the next grade level.
Creative Learning Initiative: Impact of Creative Teaching on Academic Growth
This report examines the impact of Creative Teaching techniques on students’ academic growth on the State of Texas Assessment of Academic Readiness (STAAR) reading and math tests from 2016–2017 to 2017–2018. Statistically significant growth on STAAR reading was found for students who had teachers who were moderately competent at Creative Teaching techniques and used these techniques at least two times per week in their classrooms.
ÁùºÏ±¦µä CTE Postsecondary Enrollment
Career and Technical Education (CTE) provides students with the academic knowledge, technical skills, work-based experiences, and hands-on learning with real world scenarios that prepare students for college and career after high school. This executive summary reports on college enrollment along with industry certifications and CTE concentrators for the graduating Class of 2018.
Teacher Induction Program New Teacher Orientation Week 2019–2020
The Professional Learning Department hosts an annual week-long orientation for various staff (e.g., teacher, elementary counselors, librarians) who are new to ÁùºÏ±¦µä (ÁùºÏ±¦µä) as part of the Teacher Induction Program (TIP). This report summarizes survey results from staff who attended the Fall 2019 TIP orientation week.

2018-2019 Student Climate Survey
The ÁùºÏ±¦µä Student Climate Survey provides insight into students’ opinions and perceptions of engagement, behavioral environment, academic self-confidence, adult fairness and respect, teacher expectations, culture and language, social and emotional learning (SEL) skills, and college intentions. Early College High School Program Summary Report, 2018-2019
Early College High School (ECHS) provides students with the opportunity to earn a high school diploma and 60 college hours, which lead to an associate’s degree. This report describes demographic characteristics and academic outcomes of the students served by ECHS, highlights emerging topics from the teacher and program staff surveys, and provides general recommendations for future program implementation.
