Effective January 11, 2021, ÁùºÏ±¦µä (ÁùºÏ±¦µä) will be utilizing Bonfire, an online E-bidding and procurement software platform for vendor registration, solicitation notification, electronic bid submission and contract management. Therefore, in an effort to ensure that vendors have ample time to register prior to ÁùºÏ±¦µä issuing solicitations through Bonfire, effective November, 4, 2020, the vendor registration portal is now open and available for vendors to begin registering for bid notifications.

Please note that vendors not registered in Bonfire will not be notified of any ÁùºÏ±¦µä issued solicitations and will not be able to view solicitations located on our website until registration is complete; therefore all existing and prospective vendors interested in responding to a solicitation / Bid should immediately register on our E-Bidding platform, Bonfire.

After registering and beginning January 11, 2021, the district will send email notifications through Bonfire when an ÁùºÏ±¦µä solicitation is issued relating to the product or service commodities you selected during the registration process.
