State & Federal Programs
- Serve as financial grant manager and fiscal compliance review for all federal, state, and local governmental grants including the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA)
- Provide guidance and training to campus and department staff members who perform and carry out grant program activities
- Disseminate grant and funding announcements
- Assist in securing required information for grant development
- Review and process grant requests from departments and campuses
- Train campus and department bookkeepers and administrators on effective grant compliance and management

- Provide technical assistance and support to campus and department staff members related to the programmatic and budgetary compliance on:
- Title I, Part A (Improving the Academic Achievement of the Disadvantaged)
- Title I, Part D (Neglected and Delinquent)
- Title II, Part A (Teacher and Principal Training and Recruiting)
- Title III, Part A (English Language Acquisition)
- Title III, Part A (Immigrant)
- Title IV, Part A (Student Support and Academic Enrichment)
- All governmental funding (city, county, state, federal)
- Assist with Campus Improvement Plan (CIP) development and federal funds alignment; ensure compliance of departmental explanation of expenditures with grant program requirements
- Provide required equitable services to eligible participating private non-profit schools
