Fitnessgram

All 3rd through 12th grade students enrolled in a PE or a PE substitution are required to take the Fitnessgram assessment. The assessment includes a variety of health-related physical fitness tests that assess aerobic capacity, muscular strength and body composition. Scores from these assessments are compared to Healthy Fitness Zone standards to determine students' overall physical fitness and suggest areas for improvement. Parents can request a copy of their student's Fitnessgram report from their physical education teacher or view it on the ÁùºÏ±¦µä Parent Cloud. For more information please review the  or Fitnessgram Assessment Best Practices.
