Community Connections

ÁùºÏ±¦µä ISD values creating and sustaining a culture of respect, employee wellbeing and promoting educational equity. We strive to build a diverse, inclusive community with meaningful engagement, trusting relationships, collaboration, data-informed decision making, and aligned resources.

Creating long-standing partnerships with community organizations will play a vital role in ensuring an inclusive environment where all employees are valued, included, and empowered to embrace their identity and create a safe space to share lived experiences, process learning, mentor, and network.
