ÁùºÏ±¦µä ISD to Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month in Virtual Event

ÁùºÏ±¦µä ISD is celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month, Sept. 15 through Oct. 15, with a virtual kickoff celebration event highlighting the Hispanic diversity throughout the district.

Superintendent Stephanie S. Elizalde will be recognizing the rich Hispanic cultures represented in ÁùºÏ±¦µä. Participants will enjoy performances from talented groups from across the community. 

What: Hispanic Heritage Month Kickoff Celebration. A live virtual event celebrating the Hispanic diversity in ÁùºÏ±¦µä ISD. There will be performances by Lamar Guitar ensemble, Roy Lozano’s Ballet Folklorico de Texas and the Guateque Son band.

When: 11 a.m., Monday, Sept. 13.
