ÁùºÏ±¦µä ISD is welcoming newly-arrived Afghan students and their families to the district in light of families fleeing Afghanistan.
For years, the district’s Refugee Family Support Services Office has served as a language and resource hub for hundreds of refugees and asylees enrolled in the district.
The district’s Refugee Family Support Coordinator Salimah Shamsuddin will be available for interviews to share more about the district’s welcoming efforts and how they are supporting families.
