Totes Fun: ÁùºÏ±¦µä PAC Hosts Murchison City Limits

 

Murchison Middle School students are partnering with community artists for Murchison City Limits, a two-day fine arts festival.

What: Professional and semi-professional musicians, dance companies and visual artists will perform for Murchison students at a two-day fine arts festival called Murchison City Limits. Murchison theatre students will also perform and create screenprinting designs for custom tote bags.

The festival was designed to increase arts access for all Murchison students. The event is coordinated by the Murchison Middle School fine arts teachers as part of the Creative Learning Initiative. Murchison City Limits supports CLI’s goal of increasing access to fine arts learning and vibrant community partnerships, so that all ÁùºÏ±¦µä students benefit from an arts-rich education.

When: 9:30–11:30 a.m. Mon.–Tue., Dec. 18–19

Where: ÁùºÏ±¦µä Performing Arts Center main stage, 1500 Barbara Jordan Blvd.
