The ÁùºÏ±¦µä ISD Board of Trustees has appointed new principal appointments for Allison and Norman elementary schools at its June 19 meeting.
Allison Elementary School
The Board appointed Lupe Molina to serve as principal of Allison Elementary School.
Molina most recently served a assistant principal of Blazier Elementary School since 2012 and has worked in ÁùºÏ±¦µä ISD since 2004. She is a previous bilingual teacher.
Molina has a bachelor’s degree in church ministry from the Southwestern Assemblies of God University and a master’s degree in curriculum and instruction from the University of Texas at ÁùºÏ±¦µä. She was also a member of the Region 13 Principal Certification Network Cohort.
She is currently a member of the ÁùºÏ±¦µä ISD English Language Learner Advisory Committee.
Norman Elementary School
The Board appointed Wendy Mills to serve as the principal of Norman Elementary School.
Mills most recently served a principal of Lake Ridge Elementary School in Cedar Hill ISD. She has a total of 16 years of education experience, including her serving as principal of Cook Elementary School and ÁùºÏ±¦µä ISD administrative supervisor. She is a previous physical education and third-grade teacher.
Mills has a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and a master’s degree in educational administration from the University of Texas at ÁùºÏ±¦µä.
