Background
ÁùºÏ±¦µä ISD's budget is greatly impacted by an outdated state school finance system, which has put the district in a difficult fiscal situation.
This, compounded by a slight decline in student enrollment, and inflationary pressures has led to an estimated $30 million budget shortfall for the 2018–19 school year.
This conversation series is a follow-up to the budget conversations held in February.
