House Bill 5 requires that each school district assign ratings of Exemplary, Recognized, Acceptable, or Unacceptable for each campus on nine factors related to community and student engagement by August 8 of each year, starting in 2014. The criteria used to assign ratings must be developed by a local committee. The ÁùºÏ±¦µä District Advisory Council has developed a list of indicators to determine campus ratings for each of the nine areas.
