ÁùºÏ±¦µä Family Support Co-op Meeting Feb. 21

The ÁùºÏ±¦µä Family Support Cooperative will host its next meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 21 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the Rosedale School, 2117 W. 49th St. The Family Support Cooperative is a partnership between ÁùºÏ±¦µä, ÁùºÏ±¦µä Travis County Integral Care and the Arc of the Capital Area created to inform and support families of children with disabilities.

The evening will include presentations and information from speakers and support groups in a variety of areas. Topics will include: Anxiety/Conduct Disorder, ADD/HD, Response to Intervention (RtI), Camps, ABA, Microboard, Growing with SEEDS, Building a Constructive Relationship with Your Child and more. Spanish and sign language interpreters will be available. Free pizza and childcare will also be provided beginning at 6 p.m.

Each semester, hundreds of parents and supporters from central Texas participate in the Cooperative designed for parents with children of all ages and types of disabilities. Parents, siblings, caregivers and educators are all welcome.
